If it seems like Alan Jackson has been around for your whole lifetime, well, he probably has. This honor is well deserved. Especially for a man who loves and represents traditional country music with class.
CMT will honor Alan with an “Artist of a Lifetime” award during the “CMT Artists of the Year” celebration on Friday, October 14th. Alan says he’s “proud” of this “sweet honor.” He will turn 63 three days later, on the 17th.
