Electric fencing is meant for keeping animals in a field/yard or out of one. They work extremely well and they do hurt a little if you’re stupid enough to touch them.
They can also make a jackass laugh and it can cause you to laugh with them. Especially when a curious boxer decides to make contact with an electric fence.
The dog in this video is fine and they learned a valuable lesson. Hopefully.
