Even though Carly Pearce’s album, “29: Written In Stone”, was influenced by her divorce from Michael Ray, it resonated. She says people who never went through a divorce would tell her it echoed experiences in their lives.
She’s in the middle of making a new album, and she told Grammy.com that the inspiration is vastly different.
Carly said , “as a writer, I wish I could go through a divorce every time I make a new album, because it makes you feel so inspired.”
