Jelly Roll is being sued by a Philadelphia-based wedding band called…Jellyroll.
They’ve been around since 1980, but once Jelly Roll became a massive country music star, it’s been messing with their brand. Now they’re bringing the lawsuit.
According to the band…they used to be pretty easy to Google, but now when you search for “Jellyroll”, you get 18 to 20 references to the country singer before they even come up. The band, Jellyroll, ain’t happy about this.
They’re saying it’s causing “irreparable harm” to the band. They’ve reached out to Jelly Roll’s people several times, but they’re just being ignored. So, here comes the lawsuit.
Lawsuits are fun. Said no one. Ever in the history of being an adult. Hopefully this all gets resolved quickly.
