The ‘MusicFest’ in Steamboat Springs, Colorado has been going on for 38 years and counting according to my Google search results.
Over the past 20 years it’s exploded to into a massive must see festival. It literally draws thousands of ski-lovin’ and country music-lovin’ folks to enjoy the snow peaks of Colorado every January.
It’s the largest group ski trip of its kind in the nation, the ‘MusicFest’ brings the finest Texas and Americana music to the world-class ski resort of Steamboat, Colorado for a week full of playing in the snow and enjoying live country music. They have an amazing roster every year that includes both the legends and rising artists as well.
Dickson Productions has over 40 years of experience as the premier travel package provider and pretty much run the entire week with class. This year’s lineup was packed with well over 200 hours of live music to enjoy which kicked off starting Monday January 6th and wrapping up on Saturday the 11th.
The duo that country music desperately needs graced the ‘MusicFest’ stage on their own…and also together. Zach Top and Jake Worthington teamed up for Merle Haggard’s “Big City”…and it was flawless.’
