This looked beautiful.
So, the annual ‘MusicFest’ in Steamboat Springs, Colorado has been going on for 39 years and counting as of 2026 according to my latest Google search results.
Over the past 20 plus years it has exploded into a massive must see festival too. It literally draws thousands of ski-lovin’ and country music-lovin’ folks to enjoy the snow peaks of Colorado every January. It’s a great to kick off any new year too.
It’s the largest group ski trip of its kind in the nation, the ‘MusicFest’ brings the finest Texas and Americana music to the world-class ski resort of Steamboat, Colorado for a week full of playing in the snow and enjoying live country music. They have an amazing roster every year that includes both the legends and rising artists as well.
Dickson Productions has over 40 years of experience as the premier travel package provider and pretty much run the entire week with class. This year’s lineup was packed with well over 200 hours of live music to enjoy again which kicked off starting Monday January 5 and wrapped up on Saturday the 10th.
The duo that country music desperately needs in 2026 graced the ‘MusicFest’ stage on their own…and also together. Texas Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year, Josh Weathers, and Jake Worthington teamed up for King George Strait’s “The Fireman”…and it was flawless.
Someday…before I die…I will be going to this festival.
