I don’t know how many number one songs this man is going to land, but he’s already got twenty songs that have reached the number spot to his name now.
Yes, Morgan Wallen’s “20 Cigarettes” hit #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart dated Feb. 20, 2026, marking his 20th career leader on that tally. The song is featured on his “I’m the Problem” album and reached the top spot on both Billboard and Mediabase country radio charts in February of 2026.
This song would have meant more in 1959 when cigarettes were a quarter then. And I know this information thanks to John Anderson’s song “1959”. My mom loved that song and raised me right by introducing me to country music early on in life. I also don’t know how anyone can afford cigarettes considering they cost as a downpayment on a house now.
As of March 2, 2026, Morgan Wallen’s new single is “Don’t We”, which is hopefully going to be his 21st number song in 2026.
