John Rich wasn’t having it.

There’s a lot of money in music memorabilia and celebrity autographs. If you look on eBay…you’ll see hundreds of thousands of autographs for sale. And you’ll see some going for big money and others…are not selling for much.

This one autograph seeker posted a video of one half of Big & Rich turning down the man’s request outside of the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. John was apparently thinking the guy was planning on selling it on eBay as he told the guy…

“No, I don’t sign guitars you’re going to sell on eBay.”

The guy tried to relate to John, by telling him he was a “patriot” like him, but John didn’t care about that at all as he told him…

“It’s going on eBay… I know what eBay.com is and I see it on there all the time.”

John was obviously suspicious of the guy holding a cheap guitar that was still in the packaging and he insisted that he only signs expensive guitars saying…

“I only sign Gibsons… Bring me a Gibson or a Martin and I’ll sign it. I ain’t signing sh*t guitars.”

John was pretty nice to the guy despite refusing to sign his guitar. And he even assured him that he’d still be able to make some money without his signature in the guitar.

“You’ll get some other stars on it, you’ll be able to make some money on it.”

John ultimately stood by his words to not sign the guys guitar and parted ways without signing it too. So, if you want a guitar signed by John, it better be a Gibson or a Martin.

The Faster Horses Festival in Michigan has been canceled for a second year in a row. 

Now there’s no official word if the festival is gone for good, but seeing how it’s been for two in row is not a good sign. The official statement just thanks fans and artists for their support over the years…and that’s it…with not further explanation.

It said, “Faster Horses Music Festival will not return in 2026. While the festival will not place this year, we are proud of the memories created and the impact on live music in Michigan. We remain grateful to the fans, artists, partners, and the Michigan International Speedway community who have supported Faster Horses over the years.”

The last time the festival went down was July of 2024, and the headliners were Hardy, Jelly Roll, and Lainey Wilson. Hopefully we see it come back.

Welcome to the fist Friday in Mach y’all…as it’s March 6, 2026…and we do in fact have some new country music here again.

Randy Rogers, front man of the Randy Rogers Band, announced the lineup for the 16th annual “Randy Rogers Family Foundation Golf Jam”. And performers includes Parker McCollum, Miranda Lambert, Adam Hood and Randy himself.

This event supports a great cause too. As proceeds will go to the Comal County Senior Citizens Foundation, which provides programs and services that enhance the quality of life for the aging population in Comal County.

Don’t let anyone tell you that your voice doesn’t matter. If you speak up, you too can effect change…in French fries, at least.

Chick-fil-A has announced that they have removed pea starch from their Waffle Potato Fries. They added it two years ago to help fries stay crispier, but that was not a popular move. 

A lot of customers obviously complained that the pea starch changed the texture and flavor, and they’ve been pushing for them to return to their original recipe. It’s unclear when they made the change, but it sounds like it’s been done…effective immediately. 

A customer support page on the Chick-fil-A website now includes this response saying, “does your Waffle Fry recipe contain Pea Starch? No.” And they’ve also updated the ingredients on their website to nix pea starch.

Everyone seems happy about it too. One person online said, “I’m gonna miss that pea starch. Said NO ONE.”

Oklahoma stepped up in a big way for one of their own.

Big Dog Toby Keith’s family was recognized by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. They recognized the adoption of a resolution to name a new Norman, OK turnpike the “Toby Keith Expressway”.

The honor celebrates his life, patriotism, and impact on Oklahoma and the nation. It was met with a standing ovation on the Senate floor at the hearing last week. Toby never forgot where he came from, and this expressway will help carry his legacy forward for generations to come.

Well done, Oklahoma. Now if we get just get a national holiday in his honor, all of us who loved TK would be pretty happy to celebrate him every year. And God rest his soul.

Country rock is a genre that’s always been hard to define. It’s not full-on Southern rock, but it’s not straight country either.

It’s damn good music though and it’s a lot better than pop country to me personally. Now according to “Ultimate Classic Rock”, they compiled the 35 best country rock songs of all time…and since we’re not into reading long drawn out things due our ADHD…here are the “Top 10 Country Rock Songs” for you:

I really feel if the Eagles were a new band in today’s music…they’d be considered country. And them adding Vince Gill to there band was an amazing move in their part too. The man is a perfect addition.

Every time Vince sings “Take It To The Limit” makes Randy Meisner’s memory live on.

The friendly feud between Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan is alive and well.  The latest started when Luke released his new song “Word on the Street”.  In the chorus, Luke sings about being, quote, “B.S. free in B.F.E.”

And of course, Blake had some thoughts on it. He said, “I was listening to an old country radio station. I was driving along and heard my initials on this song and so I turned the radio up and I realized it’s Luke Bryan’s new song. I heard the lyrics, and man I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so I actually had to look up what ‘BFE’ means. Cause he says ‘BS free in BFE.’

So, I looked up BFE and, man I’ve got to say, this is one of the most honest lyrics that I’ve heard from Luke. I’m damn happy about it because I can honestly say that I’ve never been butt-effing in Egypt. I’ve never even been to Egypt, so I’ve definitely never butt-effed there.”

He even went on to praise Luke on the powerful lyrics saying…

“That’s a risky and powerful lyric from Luke, and very honest. I’ve never been there and he’s right about that. I’ve never done that there, and I’ll just leave it at that.”

Now since we’re on the internet, we’re absolutely allowed to say what Blake said to paint this story. Of course it’s definitely not safe to talk like this at work…but it’s damn funny y’all.

Luke was nice enough to leave comment for Blake on his video saying, “I’m nothing if not honest.”

He also post a video to help describe what the “B.S. free” really means…

“B.S. free is Blake Shelton Free. If I’m in BFE that means you are in ‘bum f*** Egypt.’ It’s a long way out there. It’s hard to be found in Egypt. So if I’m in BFE, and I’m Blake Shelton free, then I’m truly happy.”

Brantley Gilbert just became an investor and equity partner in Real American Beer. Which is Hulk Hogan’s beer brand.

And Brantley’s first move was helping launch a brand-new product called “RAB ZERO.” It’s a non-alcoholic beer that’s trying to taste like the real thing.

Brantley has a personal reason for getting involved. He’s been sober for 14 years and wanted a non-alcoholic option.
