First off. If Francis…Beto O’Rourke wins the Texas governor race. I’m denouncing my personal Texas history.
Kacey Musgraves was performing at Austin City Limits on Sunday, when politician Beto O’Rourke walked onstage and handed her a beer. Hopefully it was at least Shiner Bock. Any other beer in Texas is treason. She took a couple sips, handed the bottle back to him, and he walked off.
It was a little weird and odd to me…but it is Francis. He’s an odd duck. She told the crowd, quote, “that really hit the spot.” At least he wasn’t driving a car on stage while drinking. He would’ve probably hit her. Accidentally of course.
