McDonald’s did NOT ask if they could do a collab with a crematorium.
In Cornwall, England, there was an advertisement at a bus stop for McDonald’s new “McCrispy” chicken sandwich. It coincidentally, it was right next to a road sign for a CREMATORIUM.
Get it…a crematorium and “McCrispy”? It’s one of those things that some people wouldn’t notice…but others can’t UNSEE. Some people were even UPSET over it, calling it “tasteless.”
A picture of the two signs went viral and McDonald’s decided to take theirs down. A rep said, “we were unaware of the road sign in the vicinity of this bus stop. However…our advertisement will be removed.”
