You’re not supposed to laugh at people who fall. Especially out of a wheelchair.
Obviously this old man wasn’t happy about these men working. Which they more than likely were paid to be there by someone because of the work they were doing. Contracts and permits were probably signed.
The old man apparently didn’t give a damn what they were doing and decided to let them know how upset he was.
Karma caught up this old man pretty quickly.
