The Grand Ole Opry put on a tribute show for the late great Merle Haggard.
The Opry’s special Merle Haggard Tribute Show aired on the Saturday Night Grand Ole Opry with performances by Clint Black, Suzy Bogguss, Cody Johnson, Marty Haggard, Joe Nichols, Eli “Paperboy” Reed, and Lainey Wilson.
Clint Black hosted the special tribute show. The performance would’ve made the Hag smile and I’m sure he was.
While we’re here. We can’t leave out Cody Johnson’s performance from that Opry show.
