His “35 Biggest Hits” album from 2008 made it all the way to the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart, knocking “One Thing at a Time” by Morgan Wallenback down to #2. It’s the fifth time one of Toby’s albums has topped that list. This news makes my heart full.
