Kip Moore and Zac Brown Band will be co-headlining South Africa’s first ever country music festival called the “Cape Town Country Festival”. Darius Rucker and Brothers Osbourne will be there for it too.
Tickets go on sale today. They’re expecting up to 60,000 fans a day, which goes to show how far-reaching country music’s appeal is right now. It’s not exactly new territory.
More than 40,000 fans in South Africa came out to see Kip last year, and Zac has done multiple concerts there. So, why the hell not do a country music festival.
