The Waffle House is pure entertainment with some delicious unhealthy food on the side.
The incident happened Thursday around 7:30 a.m. at the Waffle House on Caroline Street. This poor Milton Waffle House manager in Florida was attacked by a crazy man with a broom after being denied a cigarette. Zackery Enfinger was charged with aggravated battery according to an arrest report.
According to the arrest report, the victim, who’s a manager at the Waffle House said he was outside at the back door smoking a cigarette when Enfinger came walking out from behind the Six Flags Shopping Center and asked for a cigarette.
The manager apparently told Enfinger no. That’s when Enfinger grabbed a wooden broom from behind the dumpster and started swinging the handle at the manager.
The broom handle broke, so the manager grabbed the broken piece off the ground to defend himself, according to the report. Enfinger then took off running.
Milton Police located Enfinger on Highway 90 later Thursday morning and arrested him. The manager suffered minor injuries to his arm, according to the report. The Waffle House itself is left unharmed. Thank goodness.
