I guess this is one way to celebrate getting divorced.
Kelsea Ballerini was performing in Salt Lake City over the weekend, when she saw a fan’s sign that said, quote, “will you help finish ‘rolling up my welcome mat,’ and sign my divorce decree?”
Kelsea was surprised and confused. She initially said she’d be “honored,” but then she thought about it more…and even asked aloud if it would be legal.
But ultimately she declined, and said, “Respectfully, I’m really excited to stop being the poster child for divorce. But I’m really happy for you, and I’m sorry you went through that.”
She did write the guy a note on the back…and she encouraged him to get someone legit to sign the papers.
