If you hate Peeps, this isn’t for you. But if you love them…this probably still isn’t for you.
There’s a hot dog place in Westport, Massachusetts called Lexi’s Road Dogs, and the owner’s dad posted a photo on their Facebook page that’s going viral.
It’s a hot dog with five yellow Peeps as the bun. Looking at the picture makes me slightly nauseous too.
He called it the “Easter Dog Special,” and it was supposed to be a joke. Luckily it’s not really on their menu. But maybe they should add it, because more than a few people who will eat anything apparently are into the idea.
A radio host in Westport from Fun 107 stopped by and got them to make him one. He claimed it was good and gave it a 9.1 out of 10. I don’t personally believe him and he was probably just trying to be nice.
He didn’t add any toppings, just Peeps dust. The original version the dad posted also had mustard.
