Old Dominion first announced plans to open their bar, Odie’s, in Nashville back in December of 2023. That wait has finally come to an end.
They opened the doors of Odie’s for a little sneak peek weekend beginning on Friday (April 18).
They made the announcement of their opening on the bar’s Instagram on Wednesday afternoon (4/16/25) saying, “you heard it here first! Odie’s is open at 11am this Friday, 4/18 and Saturday, 4/19 for a special sneak peak weekend…we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on. See you so soon!”
Then they added in the comments saying, “can’t come this weekend? We’ll be back open on Thursday, 4/24 at 11am!” The sneak peek weekend included live music and DJs, according to the announcement made on Wednesday (4/16/25).
Frontman, Matthew Ramsey, of Old Dominion found out how good the security at the bar works too. He was stopped by the door guy who insisted on checking his ID. You never know who people really when it’s your job to check IDs.
