Megan Moroney has some solid advice for dealing with an ex and it sounds pretty easy.
She was asked what advice she would give to women on how best to handle a breakup, and she said, “I always tell my friends, ‘Block ’em. Literally block them’…and I have to block you, so I don’t reach out to you.”
So, it goes both ways. You might need to block the other person, so you both don’t have access.
The next time you’re thinking about ending a relationship. Maybe going cold turkey is best?
