We’ve arrived to Friday August 22, 2025 and we have some new country music our for our weekend listening enjoyment.
Please visit your neighbor liquor to pair your favorite alcohol with your new favorite music, because the new music keeps coming. I may have to drink just listen to some of to be honest.
Here’s what we’ve found…
1. Old Dominion’s sixth studio album, “Barbra”, is officially here.
2. Russell Dickerson released “Famous Back Home” on this fine Friday.
3. Walker Hayer dropped 17 songs for his new album title, “17 Problems”.
4. BigXthaPlug released his collaboration album called, “I Hope You’re Happy”. There are 11 song on this project that I wouldn’t call country at all…but he collaborated with a country artist on every track. Including Luke Combs, Ella Langley, Bailey Zimmerman, Thomas Rhett and Tucker Wetmore to name a few. Nigh is also from Texas and as a Texan…we have to show support here.
5. The Band Loula dropped their “Sweet Southern Summer” EP.
6. MaRynn Taylor released her debut album, “MaRynn”.
