Country roller skating disco might possibly be the best concept ever.
Back in July they teased this song was on its way and it did in fact get released on July 11th. Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton teamed up for a duet called “A Song to Sing”…and the video is officially out.
Miranda said Chris, “understands the emotion from the inside out”, thanks to his musical partnership with his wife, Morgane. Now thanks to the director of the video for bringing this song to life, because they understood what needed to happen.
The setting of the video takes place inside a skating rink and I used frequent a skating rink every weekend when I was in junior high. It’s where the girls went and so did I. Us guys had to show the ladies our skating skills and they were pretty good to say the least. Only if they would’ve played more country music instead of the shit music they played…I might’ve kept going.
Thank you Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton for making the video for this song take place inside a skating rink. The teenager in me who used to show off his skating skills is proud of this video and the song is damn good.
