The Grand Ole Opry packed up for a trip to London. They showed off some country music Friday night September 26th at the Royal Albert Hall.
I’m sure you’ve probably heard “I Hope You’re Happy Now” by Carly Pearce and Lee Brice. It was released in September of 2019 as the second single from Carly’s self titled album and it made its why to the of the country music charts for them too. It’s one hell of a fine country song to say the least.
Now the song was actually written by Carly and Luke Combs before being released six years ago. So, when the Grand Ole Opry made their trip to London on Friday (9/26/25) night it was a full circle moment for the song…and Carly.
Luke finally got the chance to perform the song that he and Carly wrote together six years ago on the Opry stage….in London. Luckily it caught on camera.
