Ella Langley gave us all a big surprise during her set last week in College Station, Texas.
As a native Texan, this song is simply perfect and fills my heart. Ella played an unreleased song and revealed that more new music is on the way. The new song was co-written with Miranda Lambert and it’s called “Choosing Texas”…so, she was smart playing it in Texas.
She first played it earlier this year in Nacogdoches, and fans have been bothering her about it ever since. Now Ella says it’s officially coming out before the year is done.
Ella has said that she’s not rushing her follow-up album. She told fans her second album won’t arrive until next year, but she wants to release a handful of songs before that.
She said a few songs didn’t quite fit her new album’s concept, so fans get some music while we wait for the new album. I mean with songs like this…I can’t wait to hear more from her.
