If you’re going to play in Texas, you definitely want to play the world’s largest honky tonk.
Ella Langley played to a sold-out crowd at Billy Bob’s Texas. The Alabama native graced some Texas stages over the weekend as a part of her ‘Still Hungover’ tour.
The timing of her Texas leg of the tour couldn’t have been planned any more perfectly, given the release of her newest song “Choosin’ Texas”. The sing alongs from audiences with this song in my home state of Texas probably sound like angels singing.
Speaking of angels. Ella surprised the Billy Bob’s audience with Koe Wetzel. He showed up to help her with a duet of their song “That’s Why We Fight”. Ella actually released that song as the lead single off her EP, “Excuse The Mess”, that she released in 2023.
From the looks of seeing how the crowd responded to this song live, Ella should probably consider re-releasing the song on a future album of hers.
