An A.I. Country Song Just Hit #1 and Now We’re Approaching the End Times Y’all

An A.I. song just hit #1 on Billboard’s Country Digital Song Sales chart and it feels like we’re approaching the end times.

What in the hell is this? It’s a mysterious artist named Breaking Rust just put out a song called “Walk the Walk”. And it sounds like if you were trying to create Chris Stapleton by way of a motherboard. It’s not really that good to me.

Here’s the kicker, Breaking Rust isn’t real. The “artist” is an A.I. creation credited to someone named Aubierre Rivaldo Taylor…a man who barely seems to exist outside of a few sketchy corners of the internet.

Aubierre, if he’s real, also appears linked to another A.I. music project. Which is called “Def Beats A.I.” and it’s known for explicit parody songs. That also makes Breaking Rust’s chart success even more unsettling.

Somehow Breaking Rust has nearly 2 million monthly Spotify listeners. Seriously. So, whether we’re ready or not, Breaking Rust might be our future.

And if it’s true, that sucks for music in general.

Ella Langley’s song “Choosin’ Texas” is currently #2 on that same chart. So, if it wasn’t for some fake song, she’d be #1. What in the hell are we doing here? Mainstream country radio better not start playing this shit neither.
