Riley and Ella did it again y’all.
Riley Green and Ella Langley landed their second #1 song together with their duet “Don’t Mind If I Do”, which did in fact reach the top of the Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. It’s one of the two charts that labels use to officially track their songs performance and it obviously performed very well.
This is now Riley’s fourth Country Airplay #1 and Ella’s second. They also made a little history with this number one song of theirs as they’re now just the second pair to have got themselves multiple collaborative #1s since the chart launched in January of 1990. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani landed two songs in 2020 with “Nobody but You” and “Happy Anywhere.”
Now Riley actually becomes the first artist since Taylor Swift to land back-to-back Country Airplay #1s with songs written entirely on his…or her own. His other solo written song, “Worst Way”, led the chart for two weeks back in June of 2025.
What a nice way to end the year for these two and hopefully the momentum continues for them in 2026.
