Jason Aldean just dropped three new songs from his upcoming album, and one of them has been a long time coming. It’s a duet with his wife Brittany Aldean called “Easier Gone”.
This is the first time Brittany has ever been on an official recorded song. And obviously it’s her first duet with Jason.
Jason said, “Britt and I have been wanting to do something together for a while, but it has to be the right song.” He said that Brittany was nervous at first, but once she got comfortable, “she just killed it.”
He said, “it was weird because she’s never been to the studio or tried to cut a record or anything like that. The first day was her learning how it all goes. Then she went back in, knew what to expect, and just killed it.”
He also went on to say, “I’m not going to put her in a position where it’s not good. I told her, ‘If I tell you it’s good, you can trust me.’ And it turned out amazing. I’m excited for people to hear it.”
Now we can too. Jason also released two other songs called “Her Favorite Color” and “What’s a Little Heartache”. All three songs will appear on Jason’s upcoming album, which is also called “Easier Gone”. The new album will be out come April 24th.
