Curly’s Sports Bar in Decatur, Illinois is going viral for all of the right reasons. Their cartwheel contest featured overly confident (and more than like over-served patrons) contestants who tried to show off their cartwheel abilities. The demonstrations of drunks doing cartwheels in a small town bar is a peak small town neighborhood bar level…and it’s pure entertainment.
The bar goers all had perfect form to start off their cartwheels, but as they started to throw their legs over their bodies, that’s where it all went wrong. Curly’s participants landed on their heads. Luckily the alcohol helped them not care, because it looked slight painful.
This is the kind of small town neighborhood bar that says “come on in, have a beer and do a cartwheel”. Hopefully more bars in America will adopt this past time. Cartwheels bring people together and possibly help drunks on getting a trip to the hospital.
