All Of The Charges Have Been Dropped Against Bailey Zimmerman For Trashing A Hotel Room In Albuquerque, New Mexico

This is what happens when you have money and good lawyers…because this didn’t last long…at all.

Bailey Zimmerman was facing multiple charges, including a felony, for allegedly trashing a hotel room in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There was even a warrant issued for his arrest on Thursday (6/18/26).

The man was literally facing a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services, and a fourth-degree felony for criminal damage to property that is over $1,000. The incident took place on May 27th, after he canceled his show at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque at the last minute.

Well…that’s all behind Bailey as of yesterday. According to KOB 4 news, all of the criminal charges against country Bailey Zimmerman were dismissed on June 24, 2026, after he paid full restitution for damages at a New Mexico resort. Zimmerman issued a public apology for the incident, which involved trashing a hotel room.
