Texas singer-songwriter Josh Weathers made his official Grand Ole Opry debut on August 15, 2026, at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. He celebrated the milestone after 23 long years of performing across bar, patio, and festival stages.
I mean the Opry was missing this kind of talent and it was deserved to have Josh stand in that legendary circle. His talent needs to be seen, heard and known. He didn’t win the 2025 Entertainer of the Year award at the Texas Country Music Awards for nothing.
Josh showed up at the Opry and gave them a cover of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You”, which was absolutely flawless.
