It’s already “Mission Possible” time again y’all. As the frying of the birds in Nashville.
The 21st annual Tracy Lawrence’s “Mission Possible Turkey Fry” is coming up in Nashville already. Crazy to even think how Tracy has been doing this for the past two decades now, but it’s the season of giving. And this mission has helped feed a lot of people with the help of a lot of good friends making sure this happens every year.
Tracy said in a post his socials, “I’ve always believed that when we all give back a little, we can make a big difference. Last year, we saw just what can happen when everyone rallies together, and I’m hoping we can do it again this year!
We’re hoping to feed over 32,000 people. That’s a whole lot of turkeys, but more importantly, a whole lot of people we have the opportunity to help!”
A fried turkey on Thanksgiving with sweet tea fills my soul…and spending it with some people that you call family is beautiful thing. Hopefully this event helps families have a meal they deserve on Thanksgiving this year too. Feeding families is the mission of the entire event and has been for twenty one years and counting now.
