“Christmas Cookies” is a Christmas Country classic. It was written by Aaron Barker and originally released in 1999 by King George Strait.
Lainey Wilson recorded this song in 2021 and I love her on this song…but if she would’ve gotten George to duet with her on this song. It would’ve been just a little bit better for me.
We’re probably just really learning about this version because Lainey is becoming the COUNTRY superstar she’s supposed to be and I’m happy I found it.
