Jason Aldean will perform at the CMT Music Awards this Sunday, less than a year after they yanked his music video for “Try That in a Small Town”.
They quietly cut it from their rotation last summer after people complained about racial undertones. The thing is…he was never outright banned. So, what song is he performing? It won’t be that one.
He’s doing “Let Your Boys Be Country”, which is up for Video of the Year.
