He helped hosted a hunting show, did some reality tv, he’s been hired as an underwear model, he puts out damn good country music and now Riley Green is getting into the bar business in Nashville.
Riley will now have a permanent presence in the midtown neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. He is set to open a bar called Riley Green’s Duck Blind Nashville.
According to multiple reports the Duck Blind will open in the location of Winners Bar & Grill, which sits at 1913 Division St., next door to one of the Losers Bar & Grill locations. Thank God they’re leaving Losers alone. That bar is a little sentimental to me. It was one of the first bars I ever drank in when I first visited Nashville.
Winners’ posted a message on their Instagram account stating that the establishment was getting “a facelift”. They went on to say, “Out with the old, in with the new! Our beloved bar is undergoing a makeover, but fear not, the party’s still on next door [Losers]. Stay tuned for the grand reveal this Fall!” Riley Green’s Duck Blind is obviously the new.
Riley can now add his name to the long list of country artist who have decided to open a bar in Nashville. At least he’s following in the foot steps of Old Dominion and taking his bar business off of Broadway to open a bar in the Midtown neighborhood.
I mean there are plenty of honky tonks on Lower Broadway and intersecting streets in Downtown Nashville tourists to drink plenty at. As for an official opening date of Riley Green’s Duck Blind Nashville…that has not yet been announced.
