Tim McGraw Had to Cancel an Upcoming Show Because He’s Still Recovering from Back Surgery

Tim McGraw had to pull out of the upcoming Professional Bull Riders “Last Cowboy Standing” event in Fort Collins, Colorado.

If you didn’t know, Tim’s been battling some serious back issues and just had what looks like his sixth surgery in under a year. That’s three back surgeries, two new knees, and about a million hours of physical therapy.

After seeing all of his surgeries…I realized how he’s slowly being put back together.

He told Bobby Bones he’s on the upswing, but some mornings it still takes him a minute to get going. So unfortunately, he’s still not ready to take the stage. Even without the surgeries, it still takes me a minute to get out of bed.

In the meantime, Cross Canadian Ragweed is stepping in on July 21 for Tim. The PBR said they’re “thrilled” with the replacement…but also sending Tim all the best.
