Miranda Lambert & Parker McCollum’s ‘Band Together Texas’ Benefit Concert Announced That It Will Offer A Livestream Option On August 17th

All of these Texas benefit shows that keep happening to raise money is beautiful to see.

These shows that keep happening are raising a lot of money to help some people who really need it. George Strait’s ‘Strait To The Heart’ concert raised $6.5 million and counting, Pat Green raised over $1 million through his virtual concert held at Globe Life Field, Koe Wetzel’s show just raised over $750,000, and Josh Weathers quickly organized a virtual show that raised at least $500,000 to help people.

That’s how Texas operates. When your family, friends and neighbors need help…you help. No questions asked.

The benefit show, ‘Band Together Texas’, was put together by Texas natives Miranda Lambert and Parker McCollum is set to take place on Sunday August 17th at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas. All of the money raised from this upcoming show will benefit The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, which is the leading charity behind the ongoing flood relief efforts, and the Central Texas Community Foundation.

There will be some heavy Texas talent there to perform including Cody Johnson, Ryan Bingham, Kelly Clarkson, Ronnie Dunn, Dylan Gossett, Wade Bowen, Jack Ingram, Lyle Lovett, Lukas Nelson, Jon Randall, and the Randy Rogers Band.

The Band Together Texas announced that it will in fact offer a livestream for those who are unable to attend. Which is a great option for fans to still be a part of the concert and donate even if they can’t attend in person. It’s the power of the internet and it has helped these other benefit shows that have already happened raise some much needed money.
