Now I get it if you’re a small business owner in an ice cream truck trying to make money, but you should have normal operating business hours. Last I checked your hours should be during day light hours. As in the safe hours of the damn day.
This ice cream truck was out after 8pm with music going like they were selling drugs…or possibly kidnapping children. As a parent here…my kids are usually in bed before 8pm. Good Lord.
