Tim McGraw has some big plans this year.
He announced the “Pawn Shop Guitar Tour”, which will be kicking off this summer on July 9, 2026 in Bethel, NY. Tim is hitting thirty city with 49 Winchester and Timothy Wayne on select dates.
There will also be three stadium stops with The “Dixie”Chicks and Lady Antebellum. So, there actually thirty three cities total that Tim and his “Pawn Shop Guitar Tour” will be stopping in.
I still call The Chicks and Lady A by their original names because that’s who they are. Their name changes are always going to be childish to me personally and I wouldn’t go see Natalie Maines on a stage if you paid me to be honest. Natalie likes to voice opinions regardless of who she upsets. It’s who she is.
The Dixie Chicks never really considered themselves as a part of country music according to Natalie and she criticized Big Dog Toby Keith’s song“Courtesy of the Red, White, & Blue (The Angry American)”, calling it “ignorant”. With a name like The “Dixie” Chicks…and the way their music sounded, which was amazing, makes The “Dixie” Chicks country. Overall though, Natalie will always resemble a witch in my mind…and God rest Toby’s soul.
And maybe that stadium tour stop in Minneapolis, MN on August 23rd, Mayor Jacob Frey could show up and give one of his idiotic speeches.
