This didn’t sit well with her at all.
On a recent episode of “The Voice”, Riley Green made a comment to a duo of sisters that they reminded him of Ella Langley. In an attempt to sway sister duo Ferryn & Brinkley, he brought up Ella’s success after opening for him.
He said, “there was a girl that reminded me a lot of y’all. I took her on tour with me, her name’s Ella Langley. She’s doing pretty well.”
Well, some fans thought he was taking credit for her success. So, one person asked Ella during an Instagram Live, “when Riley took credit for your success on ‘The Voice’, did that rub you the wrong way?!”
She responded saying, “yeah, when that man took credit? No, didn’t love that, but typical. Typical. Pretty typical.”
