Ella Langley is very serious about her career.
She said in a recent interview, “I’m trying to go to stadiums. That is my goal and I don’t care how long it takes me to get there…I’m going to do it.”
She knows it’s going to take a lot of work…and one way she likes to prep her band is an idea she actually stole from Kid Rock.
She said, “my roommate, Trey Lewis, he was on tour with Kid Rock [for] a year, and he said that he records his whole show. [And then] he goes back in his greenroom and then makes his band watch the tape immediately afterwards…and they go through their show, just like a football game.”
So, now Ella and her band watch “game film” of their own concerts, in order to get better. That’s next level.
