Ella Langley just crossed a massive career milestone.
Her song “Choosin’ Texas” has climbed to #5 on the Billboard Hot 100, making this her first Top 5 on the all-genre chart. And her first Top 10, too. Just one week ago, the song was sitting at #48…which makes the jump even more impressive.
“Choosin’ Texas” was released back in October and was co-written with Miranda Lambert. Fans love it, and it also doesn’t hurt that it came with nonstop online speculation for who the song is about.
A lot of people assumed it was about Riley Green, but Ella has repeatedly brushed that off.
Since its release, the track has become Ella’s first #1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart…and the fastest solo female song this decade to reach the Top 10 at country radio.
