If you don’t like dogs…you’re not good person. Let’s be real here.
Carly Pearce once broke up with a guy who was mean to her Shih Tzu, Johnny. She wrote a song about it called “He Don’t Like My Dogs”. It’s on her upcoming album, “Honest Woman”, which comes out August 28th.
She said, “I was in a relationship where somebody was not nice to Johnny and that was it. Johnny and I talked. We kicked him out of the family. And my favorite thing about this is he will know exactly that this song is about him when he hears it.”
And in case you’ve forgotten, Carly’s dog is named after Johnny Cash and June Carter. Her Shih Tzus are Johnny and June.
