And, CONGRATULATIONS to TRIPLE TIGERS RECORDS’ SCOTTY McCREERY and his entire team for the #1 single on the MEDIABASE Country singles chart this week, ”Damn Strait!” The song made it to the top of the country charts in its 38th week of being on the chart. Even better news. This is Scotty’s fifth consecutive #1!
The song basically pays homage to the KING of Country himself, GEORGE STRAIT. “Damn Strait” made it’s way to country radio last OCTOBER. It was written by TRENT TOMLINSON and JIM COLLINS. 38 weeks later. Here we are y’all.
